Instagram is celebrating reaching 500 million Instagram users with a Billboard-exclusive interactive music photo wall.

The wall features the first-ever posts from music’s biggest stars, including Beyonce, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Diddy, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Sam Smith, Lil Wayne and more across multiple genres.

With an on average of 4.2 billion likes per day, it is no question that the Instagram platform has become a favorite among music artists. Of Instagram’s top 10 most-followed accounts, six are recording artists: Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj.

The ever-popular social media app announced Tuesday (June 21) that it has surpassed 500 million Instagrammers, with 300 million active users a day. The worldwide app has more than 80 percent of its users outside of the United States, creating a space to share the various everyday happening around the world.
