When it comes to a wedding first dance, who better to find that perfect song than a music star? From Elvis Presley self-referential choice (‘Love Me Tender’ by the groom) for his marriage to Priscilla Presley to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s larger-than-life trifecta track in Florence, Italy, Billboard looks at five of the most memorable first-dance songs.

1. Beyonce & Jay Z, “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce feat. Jay Z

The music power couple married on April 4, 2008 at an intimate ceremony at Jay Z’s penthouse in New York’s TriBeCa, months before her massive hit “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” was released in October. As husband and wife, the very first song they danced to was also the very first song they appeared on together -- 2003’s “Crazy in Love."

2. Keith Urban & Nicole Kidman, “At Last” by Etta James

This longtime couple recently celebrated their tenth anniversary on June 25. A decade ago, they tied the knot just after sundown at a Memorial Chapel in Sydney, Australia. Described as a “most beautiful and emotional wedding,” one guest,,661670_1149081,00.htmltold People that Nicole “cried all the way to the church and through the entire ceremony.” The best part though? As Keith and Nicole enjoyed “At Last” by Etta James, the chorus of “You Just Like Me Coz I’m Good in Bed” by '70s Australian band Skyhooks accidentally interrupted their first dance and the couple started busting some moves on the dance floor.

3. Sir Paul McCartney & Nancy Shevell, “My Valentine” by Paul McCartney

For the former Beatle's third marriage, Sir Paul McCartney kept things simple and nostalgic. With about 30 people in attendance, McCartney wed New York businesswoman Nancy Shevell in 2011 at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, England, where the singer and his first wife, Linda McCartney, married in 1969. While Beatles songs are popular for first dances, McCartney didn’t need to tap an oldie; he wrote “My Valentine”, their first dance song, specifically for his new bride.

4. Elvis Presley & Priscilla Ann Beaulieu, “Love Me Tender” by Elvis Presley

Elvis Presley and Priscilla Ann Beaulieu married in 1967 when Presley was 32 and Beaulieu was 21 at the Aladdin hotel in Las Vegas. At the time, their cake cost a reported $3,200 ($22,000 in today’s dollars), and their Vegas-style breakfast buffet (the ceremony was at 9 a.m.) cost $10,000. As for their first dance? They swayed to the King himself, which didn’t cost a thing.

5.  Kim Kardashian & Kanye West, "At Last" by Etta James, “These Arms of Mine” and “Tenderness” by Otis Redding

There’s lots to say about Kimye’s reported $2.8 million Euro-adventure wedding, which included the wedding party spending the week prior to their actual Florence-based nuptials in Paris. But one thing is for sure: The bold and beautiful event did not disappoint in the music department. While Andrea Boccelli serenaded Kim down the aisle (for a reported $100,000), and the couple danced to a live performance of “All of Me” by their friend John Legend (who wrote the Hot 100 topper for his wife Chrissy Teigen), their actual first dance was a Kanye-made mashup of Etta James’ “At Last” and two Otis Redding songs, “These Arms of Mine” and “Tenderness”.
