WhitneyWhitney Houston, the Foo Fighters, and Moby have joined the performance lineup for the ninth annual MTV Europe Music Awards. Set for Nov. 14 in Barcelona, the event will also feature previously announced performers Christina Aguilera, Coldplay, Enrique Iglesias, Pink, Robbie Williams, and Wyclef Jean.

Of the three newly added acts, only Moby is among the nominees, appearing in the best dance and Web award categories. Houston is expected to perform "Whatchulookingat," the first single from her forthcoming Arista album, "Just Whitney." Several presenters have also been confirmed for the ceremony, which will be hosted Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. Among those who will hand out statuettes are the Calling, Kelis, Las Ketchup, Jade Jagger, Papa Roach, and the Pet Shop Boys.

Kylie Minogue, Eminem, Pink, Coldplay, Shakira, and Iglesias each notched four nominations for the ninth annual awards. Fans can vote for winners through, although the award for best video will be chosen by the MTV Europe staff.

NellyTim McGraw will appear for the first time on Nashville's Grand Ole Opry on Nov. 30 for two shows. His performance at the historic Ryman Auditorium during the night's first show will be televised on CMT's "Grand Ole Opry Live," which airs at 8 p.m. ET.

The performance comes a few days before the Nov. 26 release of his latest Curb album, "Tim McGraw & the Dancehall Doctors," and the Atria/Simon & Schuster publication of a book that chronicles the making of the set. His primetime NBC special "Sing Me Home" will air on Nov. 27, just a day before his wife, fellow country star Faith Hill, premieres her own NBC special on Thanksgiving night.

"I'm very excited that the Opry asked me to perform as part of this special week," McGraw said in a statement. "I'm anxious to share the new music the band and I've made with the fans, and I appreciate the chance to play at the Opry, especially on the stage of the Ryman."

NellyR&B star Usher will guest star in an upcoming episode of the UPN revival of "The Twilight Zone," on which he will portray a young police officer who puts his life on the line for a call girl. Titled "To Protect and Serve," the episode will premiere Nov. 6 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

As previously reported, Nov. 12 will see the release of "Usher: Evolution 8701 - Live in Concert," a DVD/VHS home video due from Eagle Rock Entertainment/Warner Home Video.
