Watch Bruce Springsteen Dance With His 90-Year-Old Mom Onstage at MSG
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's rescheduled date at Madison Square Garden Monday night (March 28) had a very special guest in the house: Springsteen's 90-year old mother, Adele.
The woman who started it all by buying her son his first guitar for $18 at a pawnshop was rocking out to "Ramrod" in the 100 section of the Garden when the rocker declared he was going to "dance with my mom."
Adele gave the crowd a treat, shaking it for the cameras. "She's still got the moves," Springsteen declared.
It was a star-studded night at the Garden. Actors Bruce Willis, Danny DeVito and Vincent Pastore attended, as well as U2 drummer Larry Mullen Jr., Brian Williams and Dallas Cowboys luminaries quarterback Tony Romo, tight end Jason Witten and coach Jason Garrett.
Springsteen played 32 songs, including a special "Meeting Across the River" that segued into "Jungleland."
