Coldplay swung through The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Tuesday night (March 15) to perform a couple tracks from A Head Full of Dreams, including the title track and "Up&Up."

Chris Martin also sat down with Fallon to talk about the band's Super Bowl 50 set with Beyonce, Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson, and how Mars vaguely, accidentally undermined his whole "togetherness" theme for the performance.

"Our idea [with the halftime show] was, 'Let's show a picture of togetherness at this time when everyone is divided,'" Martin said, laughing. "Then Bruno was like, 'And yeah, let's have a dance off!' But I had asked him to be there so I couldn't say no."

Martin also got in a good joke when Fallon praised him for having the Super Bowl audience hold up signs that spelled out "Believe in Love" at the end of their performance. "If you flip it over it says 'Drink Budweiser'," Martin quipped.
