Composer Brian Tyler will make his London concert debut at Royal Festival Hall May 7 with Brian Tyler Live in Concert: Film Music for Stars, Cars & Superheroes.

Tyler will perform music from his scores for such films as Avengers: The Age of Ultron, Iron Man 3, Furious 7, Thor: The Dark World, The Expendables, Star Trek: Enterprise and many more with the Philharmonia Orchestra as part of its Philharmonia at the Movies series.

The orchestra and Tyler have worked together before, most recently on the recording of his score for Now Your See Me 2, opening June 10 and starring Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson and Morgan Freeman.

“I want to transport the audience on a cinematic journey of the films I have scored, an odyssey involving superheroes, magic, far away lands, legends, history, emotion, and drama,” Tyler said in a statement. “I will also include television and video game music from my career. The talented orchestra will bring the music to life, at times quiet and understated and at other times thunderously epic. I cannot wait!”

The concert marks not only Tyler's London debut, but his first full-length concert of his own works.
