Goodness gracious, Ellie Goulding!

Last month, the "On My Mind" songstress and photographer Conor McDonnell nearly drowned in Norway while crossing a frozen lake in a belt wagon (a tracked vehicle used to drive in icy conditions). The weight of the vehicle broke through the ice, and Goulding and McDonnell climbed through the roof to escape from drowning in the frozen lake.

McDonnell and Goulding only recently told the “mad” story via social media. "Note to self don’t drive a BV206 over a frozen lake,” Goulding wrote on Instagram, where she posted the photo three weeks following the nearly fatal incident.
