Ariana Grande performs with Nathan Sykes of The Wanted on "LIVE with Kelly and Michael," on Sept. 5, 2013.

Former The Wanted singer Nathan Sykes has enlisted ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande to sing on a new version of his romantic ballad "Over and Over Again," which was released on iTunes and other streaming platforms Friday (Jan. 15).

Sykes struck out on a solo career after The Wanted went on hiatus in 2014. His first single as a solo artist was "Kiss Me Quick," which went No. 1 on Billboard's Dance Club Songs Chart last August.

Sykes and Grande first dueted together in 2013 on her debut album Yours Truly for the track "Almost Is Never Enough," while they were reportedly dating. Grande is currently finishing work on her third studio album, which had been tentatively titled Moonlight, though the singer told Jimmy Kimmel this week that she may be changing the name.

Grande took to Twitter shortly before "Over and Over Again" dropped to thank Sykes for having her on the song.
