One would think a song titled “Without You” would call for some serious feels (and maybe even a box of tissues). However, Parachute’s first release from their upcoming LP Wide Awake (out March 11) is a boisterous, upbeat love anthem, complete with a gospel choir. And today, the track is premiering exclusively via Billboard

“’Without You’ is a song that honestly took a couple years to come together, but when it finally did it felt like the perfect way to introduce people to the new album,” explains lead vocalist Will Anderson. “We had the best time recording that song. Seriously, it was such a blast and I think that will be pretty obvious when you listen to how much fun we had in the studio making this record."

Parachute’s inaugural album Losing Sleep debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Digital Albums Chat, while Overnight debuted at No. 15 on the Top 200 in 2013. The band has toured with artists like Kelly Clarkson and Gavin DeGraw.
