Talks are being finalized for a summer 2004 tour of amphitheaters featuring Curb labelmates Tim McGraw and Hank Williams, Jr., plus the Charlie Daniels Band, Billboard.com has learned. No dates or venues have yet been announced.

McGraw has only one date on his schedule for the rest of the year, but it's a prestigious one. He will perform alongside the Cardigans, the Chieftains, Rosanne Cash and Orchestra Baobab at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert, set for Dec. 11 in Oslo. McGraw's latest single, "Watch the Wind Blow By," is No. 28 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart this week.

Williams Jr. will release a new album, "I'm One of You," Tuesday via Curb. The 11-track set features such tracks as "America Offline," "Waylon's Guitar" and "Just Enough To Get in Trouble."

The Charlie Daniels Band will be on the road in the U.S. through the end of the year, including a New Year's Eve show in Louisville with Montgomery Gentry. The group also has a number of dates already confirmed for next year, beginning with a March 4-7 stand at the Orleans Casino in Las Vegas.
