Rathborne -- a.k.a. singer-songwriter Luke Rathborne -- follows up on his 2013 home-run of a debut SOFT with his newest single "Losing It."

With layers of '70s Kraut Rock, Prince, and the War On Drugs, the track precedes his forthcoming LP AGAIN, which will be released via his own label TRUE BELIEVER on March 4.

"I wanted to do a song that combined some of my favorite themes. The new Gasper Noe film 'Love' had me thinking a lot about people who go a bit mad when they’re passionately in love," Rathborne tells Billboard. "This felt like a surreal little story, where friends are confiding a private conversation to each other in a world where all these strange things are taking place."

Helmed by the Grammy-winning producer Ted Young (Kurt Vile, Sonic Youth) alongside Rathborne himself, the track finds the artist lost in a swirl of synths and falsetto, which he describes as a "post-Glam look at a young drifter's Metropolitan adventures, while slowly losing his cool."

Catch Rathorne this spring, on a co-headlining tour with Alex Caldner (Captured Tracks) in early March.
