The British singer played along with Aussie comedy stars Hamish & Andy for a sketch in which passers-by were encouraged to part with $2 for a glimpse at Sheeran in a dodgy room. Earlier, Sheeran caught up with the retired world champion cricketer Shane Warne for a practice session -- with a bat and ball, not a guitar -- in Melbourne. Sheeran “rocked the MCG nets big time,” Instagrammed Warne, who once held the all-time record for wickets taken in Test matches (708). “You’re a legend sir,” was Sheeran’s response.
