'SNL' Pulls Donald Trump Promo Where He Calls Ben Carson a 'Total Loser'

The promo was live for approximately four hours before 'SNL' scrubbed it from its YouTube page.

In new set of promos for Saturday Night Live this weekend, Donald Trump bashed Ben Carson, calling him a "complete and total loser." However, SNL quickly edited out the insult, re-posting the promos a few hours later without Trump's original comment.

"Because of equal time rules for television, Mr. Trump can only speak for four seconds in this promo," SNL castmember Cecily Strong said in the original promo. "So let me just say this," Trump chimed in. "Ben Carson is a complete and total loser."

The promo was live for approximately four hours before 'SNL' scrubbed it from its YouTube page. 

The GOP presidential candidate is set to host this weekend’s episode with Sia as the night's musical guest.

NBC has received criticism for allowing Donald Trump to host the show. Hispanic advocacy groups have asked SNL to "rescind" Trump's hosting invitation.

Other Latino and immigration advocacy groups have joined in the push to drop Trump as host after his comments describing illegal Mexican immigrants as "criminals" and "rapists."

Hillary Clinton appeared as a special guest on an episode of the show hosted by Miley Cyrus in October.
