R. City 'Save My Soul' Song Premiere: Listen

Brother duo R. City (Theron and Timothy Thomas) have made their mark on the Billboard Hot 100 with their song “Locked Away” featuring Adam Levine and now they’re gearing up for the release of their debut album What Dreams Are Made Of (Oct. 9).

Leading up to the album’s release, the duo is giving fans a taste of what else they can expect with the song “Save My Soul,” premiering on Billboard below.

The song is raw, in both its sound and lyrical content, showcasing a very vulnerable side to the brothers. One thing that carries over from “Locked Away” are the easy island vibes which speak a lot to the where the brothers hail from -- St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

“'Save My Soul' is our ghetto gospel, our conversation with God,” the brothers told Billboard.

After writing some of the biggest pop songs in recent memory (do Rihanna’s “Pour It Up”  and Miley Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop” ring a bell?), R. City is ready to make a name for themselves with their own with their upcoming debut as performers.

What Dreams Are Made Of drops on Oct. 9 and is now available for pre-order here.
