With a new EP and a major touring schedule lined up through next year, indie-pop band Blondfire is ready for an exciting year.

You may have to wait until spring 2016 to hear the band's next EP, but Billboard is excited to bring you the premiere of its lead single, “Pleasure,” below.

“Pleasure” has an interesting origin story, according to lead singer Erica Driscoll.

"The song was inspired by the crazy Manchester drug scene aftermath and how seeking that ultimate euphoria and pleasure can come with a dark side,” Driscoll tells Billboard. "It was fun while it lasted.”

“Pleasure” will be available for download on all digital platforms on Oct. 9 as well as on 7-inch vinyl with b-side “Domino.”
