And you thought your sorority days were bad.

(Caution! Spoilers from the Scream Queens premiere lie ahead.)

Scream Queens, Fox's new horror dramedy from the twisted mind of Ryan Murphy (Glee, American Horror Story, Nip/Tuck), premiered Tuesday night (Sept 22). Starring an ensemble including Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Abigail Breslin, Lea Michele (barely seen and donning a neck brace), Keke Palmer and many more, the story centers on a sorority house during pledge week, where girls start showing up dead, courtesy of a mysterious serial killer in a red devil costume.

The two-hour premiere provoked many OMG moments -- not to mention quite the body count. We rounded up  a few of the most shocking moments below.

1. Ariana Grande Is Dead
Well, that was quick. By the time the first episode concluded, Grande -- a.k.a. mean girl minion Chanel #2 -- was dead, cell phone in hand, on the floor of her bedroom. The show often tried to be both irreverent and purposefully over-the-top, and Chanel #2's death was no exception. See: Her texting back-and-forth with the Red Devil before he literally stabs her in the back...just as she was trying to send one final tweet. Remember, millennials love #social #media.

2. So Many Murders
In yet another bloody end from the premiere, one of the new pledges -- "Deaf Taylor Swift," as she is regularly called -- starts singing "Shake It Off." Midway through an initiation ritual that has the girls buried in the yard up to their necks, a lawn mower -- taking a cue from Mad Men -- with the Red Devil on it mows her over. RIP! For those keeping track at home, no less than five people were killed during the premiere -- a body count that is sure to keep rising.

3. Badass Jamie Lee Curtis
Original horror queen Jamie Lee Curtis is back on our televisions as the new college dean who is trying to clean up these mean girls' behavior. But Dean Munch has secrets of her own -- from sleeping with a hunky student to her knowledge of a sorority girl death from 20 years ago -- that promise intriguing developments.

4. Hunky Nick Jonas
You knew there was no way Nick Jonas wasn't going to be shirtless at least some of the time, right? It's practically in his contract. What was unexpected was the revelation that his character, the dim-seeming Boon, is secretly gay. Could his desire to keep that quiet be his motivation to help the mysterious Red Devil?

5. Nick Jonas Meets His End?
The premiere concluded with Boon chilling in a morgue while everyone else figured things out. But the final shot was of the Red Devil wheeling him out, Jonas removing markings that looked like slasher injuries, and showing he wasn't dead after all. Is Jonas -- gasp! -- the bad guy of this whole craziness? Stay tuned.
