Mom of Chris Brown's Daughter Files for Supervised Visitation: Report
Guzman reportedly filed legal documents because she fears for her daughter’s safety. Guzman allegedly believes that Brown is "too irresponsible" to care for Royalty and believes him and his friends "have substance-abuse issues," TMZ reports.
Brown has reportedly filed legal documents as well to "establish paternity" in order to fight for joint custody. According to TMZ, he allegedly believes that Guzman is asking for such custody to receive more child support.
Brown recently faced a home-invasion robbery on July 15. The suspects held his aunt hostage at gunpoint in a closet while they robbed his San Fernando Valley, Calif., home. Police and sources close to Brown tell TMZ that Brown’s close friends were in on the robbery.
