Chris Brown and daughter Royalty arrive at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards at MGM Garden Arena on May 17, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Nia Guzman -- the mother of Chris Brown's baby Royalty -- has filed for supervised visitation between Brown and their 1-year-old daughter, reports TMZ.

Guzman reportedly filed legal documents because she fears for her daughter’s safety. Guzman allegedly believes that Brown is "too irresponsible" to care for Royalty and believes him and his friends "have substance-abuse issues," TMZ reports.

Brown has reportedly filed legal documents as well to "establish paternity" in order to fight for joint custody. According to TMZ, he allegedly believes that Guzman is asking for such custody to receive more child support.
