Preceding the new album’s arrival are dual singles: a cover of the Anita Baker classic “Angel” and Donny’s live album gem “Little Ghetto Boy.” The former track will be released to radio on Aug. 3. The latter will be released simultaneously as a viral single. The pair will become available through iTunes on Aug. 7. Both songs will also feature video clips for their release.

Calling Lalah Hathaway LIVE! “a dream fulfilled,” Hathaway is also marking her 25th year as a recording artist. The singer/songwriter won a Grammy in February for best traditional R&B performance along with Robert Glasper and Malcolm-Jamal Warner for “Jesus Children.” She won her first Grammy a year earlier for best R&B performance with Snarky Puppy for “Something.”
