Quirky singer-songwriter Sia Furler has scooped up an equally quirky home in Los Feliz.

The 5,161-square-foot home was designed in 1924 by A.F. Leicht. The architect of Echo Park's Angelus Temple as well as at least two dozen homes in Hollywood and Los Feliz, Leicht is known for incorporating off-kilter angles, rounded hallways and ceilings, and elaborate decorative elements in his structures.

The 10 Steps Sia Took To Becoming a Pop Star

A fanciful blend of Mediterranean and Art Nouveau styles, Furler's new home has five bedrooms, five baths, a sunken solarium, a billiards room, a library, multiple carved fireplaces, ornate woodwork, stained-glass accents and dramatic city-skyline views.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Australian pop star paid $4.7 million for the one-third-acre property, which hit the market in May with an asking price of $4.299 million.
