Disclosure Unveils Title, Artwork & Release Date of Second Studio Album

"Moving Mountains" is the second song to debut from Disclosure's upcoming sophomore album, Caracal. A mellower tune for the electronic music makers, it complements the more up-tempo first single off the album, "Holding On," which also debuted on Annie Mac's radio show.

In June, the British duo revealed the cover art and Sept. 25 release date for Caracal, which is their first album in two years since 2013's Settle. On July 9, they tweeted the announcement of another track with Sam Smith titled "Omen" -- a smart pairing considering last year's "Latch" hit No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100 -- that was deemed the "second single" from Caracal, but have yet to release it.
