A security guard for Justin Bieber who police said admitted taking a camera from a photographer near Atlanta has been ordered to serve 45 days in jail.

Hugo Hesny was indicted in March 2014 on felony charges of robbery and entering a vehicle. Under a deal reached with prosecutors, he pleaded no contest last week to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct.

Court records show a judge ordered him to serve 45 days in jail and nearly two years on probation.

A photographer told police he was trying to photograph Bieber outside an arcade in February 2014 when Hesny told him to leave. The photographer told police Hesny took his camera.

Hesny told police he didn't take the camera but later said he took it to delete the photos.
