-- Tanya Greig Perara joined Universal Pictures as senior vp business affairs, film music. 

-- Sony/ATV Music Publishing promoted Janice Brock and David Ventura to the newly created positions of joint head of A&R, U.K.

-- Joe Brauner joined the Agency Group as vp and head of its U.S. performing arts center division, based in New York. 

-- Former chairman and CEO of MTV Networks International Bill Roedy joined the board of directors of YouTube multi-channel network PopShack as a non-executive director.
