Rita Ora may have fallen for the wrong guy on her new single, "Poison," but the British pop singer sure makes their love affair sound sweet.

Ora dropped "Poison" on May 18 and the soaring, uptempo pop track follows the singer as she recalls all the ways she's got it bad for her special guy.

And while she'll try just about to shake her paramour from her mind, she just can't let him go-- and she makes that pretty clear on the song's chorus. On it, Ora sings, "I pick my poison and its you/ Nothing could kill me like you do/ You're going straight to my head/ And I'm heading straight for the edge/ I pick my poison and it's you."

You can hear the full track below.

"Poison" is set to be featured on Ora's upcoming album. She spoke to Capital FM on Monday about the track serving as that release's first single. "It was really important for me to come back with the right song," she said. "It's been a while and I wanted to come back with a bang."
