Bob Dylan performs on stage during Hop Farm Festival at Hop Farm Family Park on June 30, 2012 in Paddock Wood, United Kingdom.

Before David Letterman signs off on May 20, he'll get a special visit from an old friend -- Bob Dylan.

The folk-rock icon will play the second-to-last Late Show With David Letterman on May 19. That evening, Bill Murray will be the guest -- so don't be shocked if the two duet on "Shelter From the Storm" (Murray sang the song in his film St. Vincent; Dylan wrote it, obv).

If you're wondering the last time Dylan popped by Letterman's show, it was ages ago: Dylan last played Letterman during its inaugural season on CBS, on Nov. 18, 1993.

If Dylan and Murray don't duet, we wouldn't mind see Dylan doing "You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go," "Never Say Goodbye" or "Bye and Bye."
