Bea Miller has been confirmed as Radio Disney's latest "NBT" (Next Big Thing) artist.

The 16-year-old Hollywood Records artist joins the ranks of other "NBT" artists including Olly Murs, Shawn Mendes, The Vamps, Becky G and Fifth Harmony. Launched in 2010, the "NBT" initiative shines a light on young recording artists.

The "NBT" series will go behind-the-scenes with the teen as she preps to go on the road with Fifth Harmony on their "Reflection: The Summer Tour," whick kicks off in July. The series will also follow her as she readies the release of her debut album, Not An Apology, slated for release on July 24.

Last month, Miller took home the Best Song to Rock Out to With Your BFF prize at the Radio Disney Music Awards for her track "Young Blood." She beat out Echosmith's "Cool Kids" and Sheppard's "Geronimo." Released in April 2014, "Young Blood" spent 14 weeks on Radio Disney's Top 30.

This is the latest accolade for Miller, who was a finalist on The X Factor in 2013. Earlier this year, she landed on Billboard's 10 Artists To Watch in 2015 list.
