James Corden and a local theater company perform "Crosswalk the Musical" on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on April 7, 2015 on the CBS Television Network.

If this is a sign of things to come from James Corden's Late Late Show, count us in.

Last night (April 8) on the program, Corden -- a musical theater vet who was last seen in Into the Woods -- debuted a new segment called Crosswalk the Musical, which we can only hope will be recurring. Corden rounded up some singers and dancers and performed three of the iconic numbers from Grease at a crosswalk in Los Angeles. Yes, they only had about 15 seconds each time before traffic got in the way, but they made the most of it.

Serious question: Who honks to get them to move the second the light changes when you could be watching stellar musical theater??? Los Angeles drivers, that's who.
