B.B. King Says He's 'Leaving the Hospital Today'

After a difficult past few days for B.B. King, things are looking up.

Following a hospitalization related to his diabetes, the blues legend assured fans Tuesday (April 7) that his condition is improving and he's leaving the hospital.

B.B. King's Daughter Says He's Doing 'Much Better'

"I want to thank everyone for their concern and good wishes. I'm feeling much better & am leaving the hospital today," he said via Facebook.

King was reportedly suffering from dehydration related to diabetes II.

After years as a tireless road veteran, King canceled all upcoming tour dates in late 2014 due to health issues.
