JLO"Get Right," the first single from Jennifer Lopez's forthcoming album, "Rebirth," will get its exclusive first public airing Jan. 2 via AOL Music's "First Listen" (AOL Keyword: First Listen or The next day the single and ringtone will be released via most download stores.

Fans can get a sneak peak at the "Get Right" video on New Year's Eve on MTV. The music video channel will premiere the full clip following a "Making the Video" episode slated to air Jan. 5.

As previously reported, "Rebirth" is due March 1 via Epic and features a guest appearance by Lopez' husband, Marc Anthony, as well as Fabolous and Fat Joe.

disturbed "Hard rock act Disturbed has set a Feb. 23 benefit concert for the Dimebag Darrell Memorial Fund in Chicago, according to the band's
official Web site. Ticketing details for the show at the Aragon Ballroom have not yet been announced.

The fund was created following the Dec. 8 onstage murder of Damageplan/Pantera guitarist "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott in Columbus, Ohio, to cover bereavement and medical expenses for victims John "Kat" Brooks, Chris Paluska and Jeffrey "Mayhem" Thompson.

Disturbed has been quite since it began work on a new album late in the summer. The forthcoming set will be the follow-up 2002's "Believe" (Reprise), which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and has sold 1.5 million copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

martha"Singer/songwriter Martha Wainwright has signed to Rounder Records, which plans to release the five-song "BMFA" (Bloody Mother F***ing A**hole) EP Jan. 25, followed by a full album in April.

Available in Europe via Drowned In Sound since November, the EP features the title track and three other Wainwright originals, as well as a cover of "How Soon (Will I Be Seeing You)," a Jack Lucas/Carroll Owens song often associated with the likes of Dinah Shore and Bing Crosby. Several of the tracks can be sampled on Wainwright's
official Web site.

Wainwright -- who is the daughter of singer/songwriters Loudon Wainwright III and Kate McGarrigle and sister to Rufus Wainwright -- appears in the just-opened Martin Scorsese film "The Aviator" with her brother and father.
