"I'm very pleased with the lineup we were able to put together this year," festival owner and producer Jason Lajeunesse tells Billboard. "In a time when large festivals are popping up all throughout the US, and booking many of the same bands from top to bottom, I'm proud of our diversity and quality of talent in 2015. I feel like this line up is exemplary of the spirit of the neighborhood and the festival as a whole.”

The Block Party has long been known for its commitment to supporting local music, showcasing Seattle groups like The Flavr Blue, Smokey Brights, Industrial Revelation, Kinski, Crater, One Above None Below, Slow Bird, and Zoolab, as well as hip-hop acts Shabazz Palaces and Sam Lachow.
