Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds will portray late Jackass star Ryan Dunn in a new film by Bam Margera, according to a newly discovered interview between Margera and Hinds.

News of Hinds' role in Margera's upcoming movie, I Needed Time to Stay Useless, was revealed during a newly found video clip (via Loudwire) from August 2014 in which Margera interviews the guitarist backstage at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia.

"He just did the movie I Needed Time to Stay Useless," Margera says in the comical interview, which mostly revolves around penis-related question. "He's playing Ryan Dunn and he did an awesome f---ing job."

It's unclear what Hinds' role in the film will entail, but the Mastodon member does have a similar look as Dunn, who died in a car accident in 2011. Margera has shared online bits of I Needed Time to Stay Useless, and the movie seems to follow a documentary-style format similar to his CKY video series, Loudwire reports.

I Needed Time to Stay Useless does not yet have an official release date.
