Legendary rock singer Joe Cocker died Monday (Dec. 22) at age 70 after his battle with lung cancer, and his loss is being felt across the music world.

Randy Newman, who wrote Cocker's hit song "You Can Keep Your Hat On," told Billboard: "He was really a good guy and of course, a great, great artist." From his contermporaries like Ringo Starr to newer rockers like Tom Morello, artists from all genres and generations hit social media to remember the late singer.
