Morrissey Walks Off Stage Mid-Show After Getting Heckled in Warsaw

Morrissey is about as well known these days for not playing shows as he is for playing them. His cancellations have a variety of reasons, but mostly his general moodiness generally gets the most attention. Still, it must have been something pretty nasty that an audience member said to the former Smiths singer at a show in Warsaw, Poland, Wednesday night to make him storm off stage twenty-five minutes and six songs in and not return. 

Flu Forces Morrissey to Cancel Shows

Organizers Live Nation have commented on the situation, via The Daily Mail, blaming an audience member for shouting "extremely offensive and chauvinistic" at Morrissey. Express, meanwhile, reports the comments were related to cancer, which the 55-year-old singer has undergone treatment for recently

Live Nation has offered audience members tickets to Morrissey's upcoming Krakow show for free as a consolation.
