R&B artist/actor Marques Houston has scheduled a May 24 release for his second solo album.

R&B artist/actor Marques Houston has scheduled a May 24 release for his second solo album. The T.U.G Entertainment/Universal set "Naked" is led by the single "All Because of You," which jumped 47-38 last week on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart.

Other tracks set for inclusion are "Do It" featuring the Ying Yang Twins, "Everything" and the title cut, which is pegged as the second single for distribution in mid-May to U.S. radio outlets. Houston is expected to premiere a video for the cut on BET on the new album's release date.

In July, Houston is slated to hit the road as part of a package tour with Omarion, Ciara and Bow Wow. No dates have yet been announced for the jaunt, which looks to run through September.

"Naked" is the follow-up to 2003's "MH," which debuted at No. 5 on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and has sold 279,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Houston is also advancing his career in front of the camera, which now sees him starring in the UPN sitcom "Cuts" with Shannon Elizabeth.

Fresh off his role as Dumb Donald in the 2004 film "Fat Albert," Houston is developing a film he co-wrote titled "The House," which will also star Omarion. This fall, shooting is expected to begin on the sequel to the hit 2004 film "You Get Served."
