Allen said her husband, Sam Cooper, helped her through devastating experience. “What I took home from that experience what that even though it was the most unfortunate thing that could ever happen to a person, I was very fortunate in the sense that I have a loving partner to go home to and share that experience with,” she said, noting that there are 17 stillbirths per day in the United Kingdom.

Allen now has two daughters. She gave birth to Ethel Mary in November 2012 and Marnie Rose in January 2013. The 29-year-old says she’s open to third child.

"I'd love a boy. And I'd also like another girl just so I can call her Auxiliary Jane or Pizza," she said. "I quite like Pizza for a kid, or Megan Lolz that would be good. Megan Lolz."
