Justin Bieber paid an unexpected visit to the Pittsburgh Steelers’ bible study on Saturday night (Nov. 8).

It remains unclear why pop star randomly popped into the NFL teams’ pre-game session -- he hasn’t addressed it on social media -- but Steelers players were thrilled by his presence nonetheless.

Steelers quarterback Bruce Gradkowski, linebacker Arthur Moats and defensive end Cameron Heyward all tweeted photos with Bieber, who was sporting an oversized flannel shirt and bright blue beanie.

It’s uncertain whether Bieber is actually a Steelers fan, but the pop star has been spotted wearing the NFL team’s hat, as seen in the photo below.

The bible study arrived ahead of the Sunday’s (Nov. 9) matchup between the Steelers and New York Jets at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.
