"Pleased to announce a surprise," Imagine Dragons posted on their Facebook page on Wednesday (Sept. 17). No, it's not a new album from the Billboard Hot 100 record-breakers, but it's new music, nonetheless. The band shared "Warriors," a new song made for the online battle arena video game League of Legends.

The track comes along with an animated music video, which you can watch below:

"We are the warriors that built this town," declares frontman Dan Reynolds in this battle song, which sounds every bit as dramatic as the singles we've heard from Imagine Dragons to date. Are you picturing the pyrotechnics and oversized bass drums yet?

According to the Facebook post, "Warriors" will be available on Spotify and iTunes on Thursday.

The Las Vegas band also assured that it is still working on its new album, which will follow 2012's ultra-successful Night Visions.
