Billboard has an exclusive listen to Dr. John's latest, a cover of "Nobody Knows the Trouble I’ve Seen" feat. Ledisi & The McCrary Sisters, off his upcoming album Ske-Dat-De-Dat: The Spirit of Satch.

"Everybody rose to the occasionables -- Sarah Morrow did a slammin' job arranging and producing it, Ledisi sang way spiritually hip and The McCrary Sisters did a hellfied job backin her up. The whole band was on the one. I think Louis Armstrong would dig it to the max," Dr. John tells Billboard.

The Louis Armstrong tribute album drops Aug. 19 off Concord Records.
