Remy Ma won't be released from prison on Thursday, July 31, as planned.

Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women tells Revolt that the rapper -- who's been imprisoned for six years for assault -- will remain behind bars due to a disciplinary altercation that occurred on July 21.

Coincidentally, July 21 marks the date that Remy Ma called in to NYC's Power 105 to talk to Angie Martinez. Officials haven't confirmed whether that delayed her release. She spent the last week of her sentence in solitary confinement.

Sources reported that Remy was scheduled to be released July 31 between 8-10am ET. After officials told Papoose, rapper and Remy Ma's husband, that she would remain in custody, he left.

A representative for Remy Ma had not responded to Billboard's request for comment at press time.
