"Community" creator Dan Harmon will "do anything" to get Troy back on the show

Although Childish Gambino might have his hands full after threatening to cut the heads off of Drake, Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q, Community creator Dan Harmon is dead-set on getting Donald Glover back on the resurrected TV series.

Glover, who played Troy on NBC's Community, was only in five episodes of season five and left the show before its cancellation. But with Yahoo Screen ordering a sixth season of the cult TV favorite, Harmon wants Glover back in the fold.

"The first thing I want is to get Donald Glover back. I would do anything to have him,” Harmon told TVLine's Michael Ausiello. "I told Yahoo to do everything they could do to get him back for as much as we can get him."

And Harmon won't settle for a one-off episode or a quick cameo. "I think it would be lame to get him back for one [episode]. The whole episode would be dealing with him appearing and then he'd be whisked away." Harmon said he and Glover are currently "playing phone tag" while Childish Gambino records an EP in Australia.

"I think he and Kanye got into a bar fight in Melbourne," he deadpanned. "Don't share that with anyone -- it's too juicy."
