Demi Lovato Debuts Shorter Locks, Announces New Performance
Demi Lovato just doesn't stop! She just added a new gig to her summer. The singer will take the stage at the Teen Choice Awards and she's bringing a friend along for the ride. She will be joined by Cher Lloyd. The twosome will perform their duet "Really Don't Care," off Lovato's self-titled 2013 album, according to the network.
Lovato has several nominations. She is up for Choice Summer Song and Choice Break-Up Song with Lloyd for "Really Don't Care." She's also nominated for Choice Summer Music Star: Female as well as Choice Love Song for her duet with The Vamps, "Somebody to You."
In addition to the news that Lovato will storm the show, the network also confirmed that Rita Ora will perform her latest single "I Will Never Let You Down." Additionally, Hilary Duff, Megan Fox, Fifth Harmony, Kevin Hart, Colton Haynes, Josh Hutcherson, Sarah Hyland, Kendall Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Lea Michele, The Band Perry and Nat Wolff will all make apperances. The show airs Aug. 10 at 8 p.m. on Fox.
With only weeks until the TCAs, Lovato has debuted a brand-new hairdo. The singer gave fans a look at the shorter style on her Instagram account. Demi cut her hair to a shaggy, shoulder-length look with purple tips. "Just went shorter!!!! only the best from @RiawnaCapri at @NineZeroOne," she wrote.
