Exclusive: Behind the Scenes Look at the Making of Reba McEntire's Video for 'Pray For Peace'

On Monday, Reba McEntire released the video for her song "Pray For Peace." Now Billboard has an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the making of the clip, which also features Kelly Clarkson, Ronnie Dunn and Caroline Kole.

Since sharing the video for "Pray For Peace" -- which includes over 50 fan submission videos -- on the Country Music Hall of Famer's Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/Reba, it has and has garnered over 340,000 shares. The self-penned track is the first new music from the iconic singer since her 2010 All The Women I Am disc, and is a message that she says she felt compelled to share with her audience.

"The idea to write this song came to me last year as I was walking on our place in Gallatin, Tn.," McEntire wrote on Facebook. "For days, I’d sing 'Pray for Peace' over and over....I feel this song is a gift from God. I have never worked on a song as long as this one.” Both the song and the video for "Pray For Peace" are available for free download at McEntire’s website, www.Reba.com.

After the video’s release, artists including Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Amy Grant, The Band Perry and Melissa Peterman as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Grand Ole Opry all posted their own "Pray for Peace" videos in support of Reba’s message.

McEntire will return to the stage on Aug. 15 as part of the Johnny Cash Music Festival at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Ark.
