Jack White and Lorde are on each other's team. During his show Monday night in Milwaukee, the White Stripes mastermind covered the New Zealand teen's breakout hit, "Royals."

So far, the Internet is only offering up a small taste of the cover, in the form of an Instagram video originally posted by Consequence of Sound. But the 15-second clip lets us hear White's high-pitched wail on lyrics from the first verse. Come on, Wisconsinites, someone must have at least recorded the chorus!

White has been known to unleash a cover or two at his concerts. Over the weekend, he mashed up Jay Z's "99 Problems" with the White Stripes' "Icky Thump" at Louisville's Forecastle Festival.
