Lana Del Rey Explains Her Song 'F—ked My Way Up to the Top'

When Lana Del Rey titled one of the tracks on her second album "F--ked My Way Up to the Top," she knew what you were going to think about her.

Now, in an interview with Complex, the "Ultraviolence" songstress finally explains her intentions behind the loaded song title. As it turns out, both her haters and defenders were right — "F--ked my Way Up to the Top" is about her life, but it's also not.

"It's commentary, like, 'I know what you think of me,' and I'm alluding to that," LDR told Complex. "You know, I have slept with a lot of guys in the industry, but none of them helped me get my record deals. Which is annoying."
