The teaser trailer to "Punk's Dead" is here

Warped Tour regulars rejoice! Fifteen years after "SLC Punk!" made its U.S. premiere at Sundance, a trailer for the long-awaited sequel to the cult classic is here.

The teaser trailer for "Punk's Dead" opens with Heroin Bob -- long-dead but still sporting his "Taxi Driver" Mohawk -- telling the audience, "Back in the day, this is totally where I f—king died" over a panoramic shot of Salt Lake City.

But Heroin Bob's ghost isn't the star of this movie. The clip introduces Bob's son, Ross, whose long, wavy hair and poofy shirt make him look more like Oscar Wilde than Sid Vicious. Although details about the movie are scant -- director James Merendino wants to reveal very little of the plot ahead of its release -- it seems like "Punk's Dead" finds the foppish Ross trying out his late father's lifestyle. Culture clash!

"SLC Punk!" stars Devon Sawa, Adam Pascal and Jimmy Duval reprise their roles in "Punk's Dead," but original star Matthew Lillard isn't attached to the project (the filmmakers have, however, teased two surprise cameos in the film).

Punk legends Screeching Weasel also make an appearance in the film, as does rapper MGK as a new character. "Punk's Dead" doesn't have a release date but IMDB lists it as coming out in 2014.
