A second video of Justin Bieber making racist jokes has surfaced.
British tabloid newspaper The Sun was first to report on the new footage, which features the singer using the N-word in "One Less Lonely Girl" (altering the hook to be "One Less Lonely N-----"), joking about killing black people and entertaining the idea of joining the Ku Klux Klan. The undated video (reportedly shot when he was 14 or 15) was not included in the online report, but by Wednesday afternoon it was published by TMZ, which claims Bieber wanted the footage to be released "because he wants to own what he did." Watch:
