Roast to be held at Columbus' Rock on the Range festival in May
When Corey Taylor arrives in Columbus, Ohio, for Rock on the Range this May, he won't be playing with either of his usual bands, Slipknot or Stone Sour, like he has in the past.
Instead, the frontman is scheduled to be the subject (target?) of a live comedy roast at the rock festival, Rolling Stone reports. The roast will be helmed by Sebastian Bach, former Skid Row lead singer, and will take place May 15, a day before the festival begins at Columbus' LC Pavilion.
Comedians Brian Posehn, Jim Florentine and former "Saturday Night Live" player Finesse Mitchell will be joined by Anthax's Scott Ian, singer Pearl Aday and fellow Slipknot member Shawn "Clown" Crahan as the proclaimed roasters.
