A poster on the website is selling the items -- a pair of skis minus the poles, a Tomy game and a phone -- claiming he's the former roommate of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain and that the items once belonged to him, reports.

"I have been holding on to a bunch of his stuff that he left in a box when he moved out," the posting reads. He owed us rent and said he would get the box when he came back and gave us money but he never came back, then when he was famous he never really talked to any of us again because Courtney [Love] never liked us but she's a dick so no hard felings [sic]."

In an update after the original posting, the seller revealed he formerly played bass in Gruntruck, a Seattle rock band that opened for Alice in Chains and Pantera. He purportedly lived with Cobain in Capitol Hill and Olympia, Wash.

The items range in price from $25 to $80. The phone is a twin Swatch phone, while the video game is a Donkey Kong-esque game called Kingman.

The seller also noted that he has other items from Cobain that he plans to sell later.

Nirvana is receiving its induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month (April 10).
