Bonnie Raitt

This April, Bonnie Raitt will join an all-star cast of musicians -- including Bruce Springsteen and Don Henley -- paying homage to Jackson Browne on a new full-length tribute album.

Just under two months before the album's official release, Billboard has the exclusive premiere of Raitt's cover of "Everywhere I Go," featuring frequent Browne collaborator David Lindley.

Like the original, "Everywhere I Go" has a definite laid-back, reggae vibe with a two-pronged, easygoing vocal tradeoff from Raitt and Lindley, with tiny flourishes -- airy keyboards and sun-drenched guitar -- floating throughout.

The track originated on Browne's 1993 album "I'm Alive," becoming a minor hit in the U.K.

"Looking Into You: A Tribute to Jackson Browne" is scheduled for an April 1 release via Music Road Records. The double album will also feature Ben Harper, Patti Scialfa, Lyle Lovett and Joan Osborne, among others.
