Pearl Jam Set European Tour For Summer 2014

Pearl Jam just finished a North American arena trek in support of recent No. 1 album "Lightning Bolt," and today (December 13) the band has added a summer 2014 tour of Europe to its schedule.

The Seattle group's 11-date European tour will kick off June 16, 2014 at Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome and make its way through Italy, Austria, Germany, Sweden and other countries before wrapping on July 11 in the United Kingdom. The tour includes two festival dates: Poland's Open'er Festival on July 3 and Belgium's Rock Werchter on July 5.

A ticket pre-sale for members of Pearl Jam's fan club is underway at Tickets for the general public go on sale on December 20 for all dates except the festivals, which are on sale now.

As previously reported, Pearl Jam will be heading to Australia in January for a run of shows at the Big Day Out Festival. PJ frontman Eddie Vedder will also do an eight-date Australian solo tour in February.
