"Lie," which features Wyclef Jean, bests the 9,582 spins accumulated by Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" exactly one year ago this week. Shakira begins a 10-date Spanish tour June 16 in La Coruna; North American dates begin Aug. 9 in El Paso, Texas.
